JP sells 28,000 additional tickets for Tet 2014

Low-cost carrier Jetstar Pacific opened sales for 28,000 seats on routes during the 2014 Lunar New Year (Tet holiday) to serve the demand of passengers.

This is the second ticket selling the carrier implemented. Earlier, JP offered 136,000 seats for the Tet holiday, including 14,000 seats during the rush period.

The carrier forecast that travel demand will rise sharply within 40 days before and after the Tet holiday, including 20 days before Tet from January 12 to 31, 2014 and 20 days after Tet from February 1 to 20, 2014.

Tickets will be sold on www.jetstar.com, and Jetstar Pacific's agents and ticket offices nationwide./.
